Two Atlanta teens have been arrested in Gwinnett County in connection to the overdose death of a 16 -year-old girl. The Gwinnett County Police Department arrested Dino Runar Bonasera,17, on charges of felony murder, aggravated involuntary manslaughter by causing fentanyl overdose death, sale of a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance and use of a communication facility in commission of a felony involving controlled substances.
