Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta has earned a top spot on Computerworld’s “ 2025 Best Places to Work in IT ” list. This recognition comes as the organization recently celebrated the opening of its Arthur M. Blank Hospital, highlighting it’s commitment to advancing pediatric care through technology, growth opportunities and continuous learning in a supportive workplace.
“We are incredibly proud to have sustained our top-25 ranking for the seventh time, particularly after having just opened Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta Arthur M. Blank Hospital, one of the most technologically advanced health care facilities in the nation,” Jeremy Meller, chief information officer at Children’s, said in a news release . Children’s came in at No. 25.
The $1.5 billion, 19-story hospital, which opened in September, represents a significant technological achievement for the organization’s IT team, which invested more than 200,000 hours in its launch. In addition to Seacrest Studios, a broadcast media center donated by Atlanta’s Ryan Seacrest, the facility features cutting-edge health care technology, including smart rooms, integrated patient monitoring systems, and specialized manufacturing capabilities for advanced treatments, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution previously reported.
