Cobb County Superior Court Clerk Connie Taylor was booked into the Cobb jail Friday morning, the day after she was indicted on felony charges of destroying public records and violating her oath of office.
Taylor was booked into the jail around 7 a.m. Friday, according to jail records. She was processed, had her mug shot taken, and released after about an hour and 20 minutes.
She was released on her own recognizance, also known as a signature bond. Taylor simply had to sign papers agreeing to appear in court, and did not have to post cash bail…
