A deadly shooting in a Buckhead apartment complex has resulted in one man’s death and his cousin’s arrest. The incident unfolded in the early hours at the Court at Buckhead Village, located on the 3000 block of Peachtree Street, as reported by FOX 5 Atlanta. Officers were dispatched to the scene around 2:28 a.m. after receiving calls about gunfire.
Upon entering the apartment, they discovered a man shot at least once and he was subsequently rushed to Grady Memorial Hospital. Despite medical efforts, the man, whose identity remains undisclosed, was pronounced dead. The altercation between him and his cousin, who was visiting from Florida, escalated to the point where the cousin is now in custody awaiting charges, as indicated by the heavy police presence observed by FOX 5 cameras.
