Aaron Burton of Decatur is accused of dumping about 73 tires in a subdivision under construction, at 4655 Floyd Road in Mableton, without the owner’s permission on June 24 at 11:50 a.m., according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Police Department.
Burton took payment from a witness to remove 73 tires from his business at J&J Wholesale, 445 Veterans Memorial Highway on June 24 at 9:30 a.m.
