Atlanta Mother Charged with Second-Degree Murder in Tragic Shooting of Toddler

Atlanta mourns as new details surface in the tragic shooting death of a two-year-old. Ms. Cynkeythia Robinson, born in February 1989, has been arrested and faces charges of Second-Degree Murder and Cruelty to Children.
