HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. – Two men are charged with unlawful imprisonment after allegedly transporting a man from Clarksville to Hopkinsville.
According to a uniform citation, the Hopkinsville Police Department received a call on Oct. 24 regarding a possible kidnapping.
