Sheriff’s Office: Inmate throws cup of blood and urine in deputy’s face

Emerald Miller of Atlanta is accused of slinging blood and urine from a facility issued plastic cup through the crack in the side of her cell door and into the face of a deputy on Oct. 31 at 8:15 p.m. at the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to an arrest warrant from the Cobb County Sheriff’s Office.

The liquid hit the deputy in the left side of her face, including her eye, and dripped down onto her county issued uniform and vest. Miller also slung an unknown liquid through the crack in the cell door at another deputy on Oct. 31 at 9:30 p.m., according to the warrant…
