DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — Two people in Woodstock were indicted in DeKalb County on 23 charges of Medicaid Fraud, Attorney General Chris Carr announced.
According to the attorney general’s office, Marcel Higgins and Kim Higgins of Woodstock owned and operated Overcomers Day Services, LLC, a behavioral health facility that provided Intensive Family Intervention (IFI) services to children enrolled in Georgia Medicaid.
