DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — The three inmates who escaped the DeKalb County Jail just days before Christmas were captured within roughly 24 hours, and now they face an array of charges across multiple cases.
Here’s a breakdown of the legal situation facing the trio — Stevenson Charles, Naod Yohannes and Yusuf Minor.
