A shooting outside Palmetto Elementary School led to a hard lockdown and the death of a woman, according to Fulton County Schools police.
School district police said the woman was shot in the front lot of the elementary school. She was pronounced dead at the scene. Investigators say the suspect in the shooting is now under arrest.
