ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — Residents at 55 Pharr Apartments in Buckhead remain without water as crews dig up portions of the property — and even inside units — in an effort to fix ongoing water issues.
Residents are now entering their third week without water at 55 Pharr.
