Carolyn L. Hooke, 46, of Cartersville, is accused of stealing and depositing into her own account at least 26 checks, valued at approximately $98,000, from her employer Franks Chiropractic Center, located at 2821 S. Cobb Drive SE in Smyrna, between Oct. 2, 2024, and Oct. 21, 2025, according to an arrest warrant from the Smyrna Police Department.
Hooke is charged with theft by taking – greater than $1,500. She was arrested on Feb. 11 at 2 p.m. and booked into the Cobb County Adult Detention Center, according to jail records…
