ESCAMBIA COUNTY, Ala. (WALA) – A Cartersville, Ga. man was arrested and charged with murder and DUI following a wreck in Escambia County, Ala. that killed a passenger in his vehicle, according to court records.
Jennifer Wisenbaugh, 55, of Stockbridge, Ga., was killed after the vehicle she was a passenger in struck a tractor-trailer on Thursday, March 5, according to authorities.
Chad Buckner, 44, of Cartersville, Ga., was the driver of the vehicle Jennifer was in, according to law enforcement.
Authorities said Buckner was not injured in the crash.
