GREENVILLE, S.C. (FOX Carolina) – A former Greenville lab CEO and two high-level employees have been indicted in a multi-million dollar health care fraud scheme tied to COVID-19 testing, according to federal prosecutors.
According to officials, a federal grand jury in Greenville returned a 16-count indictment charging Kevin S. Murdock, 56, Thomas C. Lee, 56, both of Greenville, and Vidhya V. Narayanan, 45, of Atlanta for health care fraud and conspiracy to commit health care fraud.
Prosecutors say Murdock owned and operated Premier Medical, Inc., doing business as Premier Medical Laboratory Services, a Greenville-based lab that offered diagnostic testing, including COVID-19 tests. Lee and Narayanan were officers and employees of Premier…
