ATLANTA — The Centers for Disease Control (CDC) is planning to rename a road near the building after a metro Atlanta officer who was killed in the line of duty during the shooting.
Fallen DeKalb County Office David Rose responded to reports of a shooting near Emory Atlanta campus, which is right outside the CDC, on August 8. Police said he was the first one on the scene that day.
