ATLANTA — A Decatur man has been arraigned on federal charges after allegedly discharging firearms in a residential neighborhood last year, authorities said.
Shikino Quantavius Reid, 31, was indicted by a federal grand jury on March 24, 2026, and now faces a charge of unlawful possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.
According to prosecutors, the incident occurred on July 23, 2025, when Reid allegedly attempted to start an altercation at a neighbor’s residence by firing two guns into the air.
