Family heartbroken after beloved father, husband shot outside Kroger dies days after DeKalb shooting spree

DEKALB COUNTY, Ga. — A third victim has died following a series of shootings across DeKalb County a week ago. His family is now speaking out about the man he was and the legacy he leaves behind.

Family members identified the victim as 48-year-old Tony Matthews, who died six days after being shot outside a Kroger in Brookhaven along Peachtree Road.
