3 indicted, accused of damaging property of general contractor for public safety training center

COBB COUNTY, Ga. — Georgia Attorney General Chris Carr announced a new indictment Thursday that’s linked to the violence that happened around metro Atlanta over the construction of the new public safety training facility.

The three out-of-state people are accused of traveling to Brasfield & Gore — in Cobb County — nearly four years ago and damaging property there. Carr said in a news conference that the company served as the general contractor over the training center project that was built in DeKalb County.

The three are charged with two counts of criminal damage to property and one count of arson, all felonies. One of the people accused is a 42-year-old man from Wisconsin. The other two, from Pennsylvania, are women ages 33 and 39…
