ATLANTA, Ga. (Atlanta News First) — New data suggests the Atlanta housing market is shifting as the area heads into the summer months.
Compared to April 2025, units sold fell by 5%, according to Georgia MLS. The report, which examined 12 metro Atlanta counties, found homes under contract dropped 21.8%, a sign that fewer buyers are moving forward with purchases even as prices remain relatively steady.
