GEORGIA — Four people have been arrested in connection with the alleged operation of unlicensed personal care homes in Snellville, according to the Gwinnett County Police Department.
Police said Special Victims Unit detectives executed two search warrants April 30 at homes located on Pond Edge Road in Snellville. The investigation involved assistance from the department’s Behavioral Health Unit, Uniform Division, Crime Scene Unit, the Gwinnett County Fire Department, the Department of Community Health, Adult Protective Services and other state agencies.
