Colorado’s first Taco Bell Cantina is open. Here’s when it will start serving alcohol

DENVER (KDVR) — Colorado’s first Taco Bell Cantina opened at the Denver International Airport in early May, but one of the best features isn’t on the menu just yet.

After months of anticipation, the first Taco Bell Cantina in the state had a soft opening at the airport. The place is similar to Taco Bell, except these select stores have a unique menu, slightly different store design and alcoholic drinks.

Mission Yogurt, Inc., an airport hospitality company, said the “standard” cantina menu includes different food items and drinks like the “Twisted” Freezes. That said, the cantina isn’t serving alcoholic drinks just yet.

A spokesperson for Mission Yogurt, Inc. said they plan to have the liquor license in place by July.
