The person arrested in connection with a shooting near the Aurora Immigration and Customs Enforcement detention facility Thursday is a GEO Group employee, Aurora Police Department officials said Friday.
The woman who suffered the gunshot wound and another woman with her were part of a protest happening near the Aurora ICE facility earlier that evening.
