A Colorado landscaping business owner has been charged with two felony theft counts after allegedly stealing more than $32,000 in deposits, according to the First Judicial District Attorney’s Office in Jefferson County.
The attorney’s office alleged 32-year-old Ulises Tajonar Diaz collected deposits from customers and never started on projects promised to them, according to a news release Monday. Diaz is the owner of My Son’s Landscape and My Son’s Landscape Group LLC.
