Real estate moves forward as Broncos finalize six parcels near Denver Water headquarters

The Denver Broncos locked down another chunk of Burnham Yard on Monday.

The club finalized a purchase of six parcels from SRM Concrete spanning nearly 10 acres in the northern portion of its planned stadium and mixed-use district, the Denver Post first reported. The parcels sit between the Denver Water headquarters and the defunct rail yard — squarely in what the Broncos’ renderings released last week call the “North End.”

SRM had been one of the longest-running holdouts in the area. The Tennessee-based company only bought the plant in 2022, but CEO Jeff Hollingshead made clear a deal was coming…
