Hawaii’s largest payroll, human resources and staffing company, has expanded to the U.S. mainland through the acquisition of OnePoint HRO, a human resources outsourcing company based in Englewood.
Altres, founded in 1969, has exclusively served Hawaii employers and employees, but now has the capability to serve clients in all 50 states after buying the Colorado-based company.
The deal was finalized in January, with Altres retaining all 20 employees at OnePoint, including the leadership. Altres plans to increase the staff in Colorado to 60 employees. As of Tuesday afternoon, three new employees have been hired…
