Nancy, a local resident, recorded a group of about 30 motorized bikes, dirt bikes, and ATVs disregarding traffic signals at the intersection of East Colfax Avenue and York Street. The riders, performing wheelies and stopping traffic, included both adults and younger people, all with their vehicle plates removed, making it difficult to identify them.
