DENVER ( KDVR ) — A fire is under investigation after it sparked at a vacant gas station in Lakewood on Friday morning.
Around 9:15 a.m., the fire rescue said people began to call 911, reporting thick, black smoke and flames coming from a vacant gas station on Kipling Street near 9th Avenue in Lakewood’s Cedar Crest neighborhood.
The fire rescue said that when crews arrived, smoke and flames were coming from the front of the structure. Thankfully, there were no injuries reported.
