Lewisburg, Pa. — A Colorado man got new tires put on his truck at a Union County Walmart store and then drove off without paying, police say.
Police charged Barry Wayne Castille Jr., 40, of Westminster, Colorado, with misdemeanor charges of retail theft for the alleged incident from May 22.
