Enforcement ramps up after driver clocks over 170 mph on Santa Fe Drive

DENVER (KDVR) — Speed enforcement is being ramped up in Jefferson County after multiple drivers were recently caught traveling over 100 mph on Santa Fe Drive.

The Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office said in a post on X that its traffic unit recently clocked drivers traveling at speeds of 172 mph, 143 mph, 116 mph, and 103 mph.
