Police: Charges will not be filed for child falling 6 floors from shelter window

DENVER (KDVR) — The Denver Police Department said charges will not be filed after an 11-year-old fell six stories from a window at The Tamarac Family Shelter in Denver.

On Friday, FOX31 received information from the Denver Police Department that the district attorney’s office will not be filing charges following the incident.
