DENVER (KDVR) — The owner of a small family-owned propane business will have to pay tens of thousands of dollars to repair damage caused by a hit-and-run driver.
Butts Rental Inc. Owner Ryan True tells FOX31 the driver seen on surveillance video careening into cement security posts and a large security fence protecting a propane tank put the whole neighborhood at risk.
