Apparent head-on collision closes eastbound 6th Avenue for hours Friday morning

DENVER (KDVR) — Eastbound Sixth Avenue coming into downtown Denver was closed at Osage Street for several hours Friday morning, due to a crash at around 2 a.m.

The Denver Police Department said two motorists were transported to the hospital with an unknown extent of injuries. Video from the scene appeared to show a head-on collision between a sedan and a small SUV from a Denver security company.
