Stolen shuttle bus that hit police vehicle on I-70 found abandoned in Denver: Sheriff’s office

DENVER (KDVR) — A stolen shuttle bus that hit an Idaho Springs police vehicle on Interstate 70 on Friday was found abandoned in Denver, according to the sheriff’s office.

The stolen Clear Creek County Roundabout shuttle bus crashed with a patrol vehicle that was on the scene of another crash, the Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office said.

The shuttle did not stop and continued on the interstate, and the sheriff’s office said at 12:45 p.m. that the bus was “being sought by law enforcement.”…
