Are Denver’s $41.2M per year All-in Mile High homeless shelters sustainable?

The seven “All in Mile High” sites owned or leased by the City and County of Denver to shelter people experiencing homelessness cost about $41.2 million annually to operate, according to city homelessness czar Cole Chandler. Some council member say that might not be sustainable for perpetuity.
