Denver-based restaurant chain Chili Shack, known for its Mexican-American cuisine and signature green chile, has announced a national franchise initiative with plans to open as many as 100 locations across the United States in the coming years.
This expansion marks the brand’s first significant move beyond Colorado, where it currently operates six corporate-owned restaurants. A seventh location is scheduled to open in Las Vegas on October 25, marking Chili Shack’s initial entry into the broader national market.
