Suspect faces 8 charges, including DUI, in 4-car crash that killed 1, injured 2 others

DENVER (KDVR) — Investigators say a 32-year-old man may have been intoxicated on Oct. 17 when he hit three other vehicles, killing one person and injuring two others and himself.

Cesar Hernandez-Sanchez, 32, was arrested and now faces 15 charges in connection with a crash on Highway 58 just after 7 p.m. on Oct. 17.

Lockdown, secure status lifted at Sheridan schools after no weapon found

The Wheat Ridge Police Department says that preliminary information on the crash shows the car was headed west when it crossed over the dirt median and entered the eastbound lanes, hitting three cars.
