El Tule Mexican, a new Mexican restaurant and bar, is preparing to open in the Belleview Station corridor of the Denver Tech Center area. City permitting records show the project is in the inspection phase at the site, 6900 E. Layton Avenue, Unit E.
Luis Alvarado owns the restaurant through P&H Investments LLC, documents state. He has enlisted the help of EG Studio as project manager and architect, Envision Design as structural engineer, and Ramirez, Johnson, and Associates as the M.E.P. engineer. Colorado National Construction Corp is managing the build-out.
Work being done at the space includes converting the existing 2,760-square-foot vacant shell into a restaurant, adding ADA-compliant restrooms, and updating mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems…
