DENVER (KDVR) — A pedestrian is dead after a hit-and-run in Arvada early Thursday morning.
Just after 1 a.m., the Arvada Police Department said it responded to the 6800 block of Sheridan Boulevard after reports of a “man down in the southbound lanes.”
This is one of the longest stretches without snow in Denver history
Drivers who were not involved in the crash stopped and provided CPR until crews with Arvada Fire Protection District arrived and took over.
A spokesperson for the department told FOX31 that those efforts were not successful and the pedestrian, a man, was pronounced dead at the scene…
