DENVER (KDVR) — A portion of South Monaco Street Parkway will remain closed overnight after eight multi-family residences were left without water for much of Black Friday, Denver Water told FOX31.
However, the crews are expected to restore water to the numerous residents of the city’s Washington Virginia Vale neighborhood impacted later Friday evening.
Denver Water said that crews were in the 1300 block of South Monaco Street Parkway after a 12-inch-diameter water main broke before 8 a.m. Friday. The street is closed between East Arizona Avenue and Cherry Creek North Drive.
