MORRISON, Colorado — Dennis and Kim Moy have been at their daughter’s bedside nearly every day for the past month as she recovers with a life-changing traumatic brain injury.
Kassi Moy, 38, was a passenger in a vehicle on Highway 285 south of Morrison on Nov. 11 when, investigators say, a road rage suspect shot into the car, striking her in the head. The suspect is currently in custody and facing multiple counts, including attempted first degree murder.
