DENVER (KDVR) — A man was taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries Thursday morning following reports of a shooting at a house in the Expo Park neighborhood in the city of Aurora.
The Aurora Police Department said a suspected shooter was located and detained and, as of 11:17 a.m., was being held for questioning by detectives. APD said officers first responded to a 911 call reporting a shooting just after 8 a.m.

APD said the victim and the alleged shooter are known to each other and that no other individuals are believed to be involved.
