DENVER — Two lawsuits accuse the operators of a southeast Denver apartment complex of routinely leaving residents without heat or hot water and in unsanitary conditions.
Both suits were filed in Denver District Court – one representing four tenants and the other one tenant at The Raven, located at 11100 and 11200 E. Dartmouth Ave.
