2 arrested after nearly 3 dozen Latino businesses ‘terrorized’ by burglaries: Police

DENVER (KDVR) — The Commerce City Police Department on Wednesday announced it has arrested two alleged burglars accused of “targeting and terrorizing” Latino-owned businesses across the Denver metro area.

The burglaries started in November 2025 and have continued through February this year, Commerce City police said in a press release.

Six burglaries happened in Commerce City alone, but police said the alleged burglars have made off with hundreds of thousands of dollars in cash from the businesses statewide…
