Colorado-based medical device company agrees to admit to fraud conspiracy

DENVER (KKTV) – A Colorado-based medical device company has agreed to admit to participating in a conspiracy to commit health care fraud, securities fraud, mail fraud and more, according to the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the District of Rhode Island.

The Justice Department said the company Zynex agreed to a non-prosecution agreement. In that agreement, they said the company admitted to fraudulently getting millions of dollars from the government and private health care payors and patients.
