The Cass County Sheriff’s Office arrested 32-year-old Jose Isidro Morelos Sandoval, of Harlan, on Wednesday on the charges of Telephone Dissemination of Obscene Material to Minors, Enticing a Minor under 16 years old – Sex Abuse, and Grooming.
