LAKEWOOD (KDVR)— Concerns continue to grow along Colfax Avenue in Lakewood, where a homeless encampment FOX31 has been tracking for weeks continues to expand.
Tents and tarps line a stretch just off Colfax, where neighbors say the camp has steadily grown.

“From a neighbor’s standpoint, this is what I look at every couple of days until they move down the street a block away,” one resident told FOX31.
Police have also posted notices on tents warning that camps may be cleared and providing information about services. One line on the back of the notice states there are no shelters located in Lakewood and instead lists resources in other nearby communities…
