DENVER (KDVR) — A newly released video shows a man blowing nearly double the legal limit with a child in the car only four days after he was arrested for a DUI in Lone Tree.
Around 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 28, the City of Lone Tree said police were dispatched to the 9000 block of Park Meadows Drive after a citizen’s report. After officers saw signs of impairment, like slurred speech and difficulty completing field sobriety tests, the city said he blew 0.150%.
