Brighton Lands $200 Million Factory As Data Hub Pushes Into I-76 Corridor

A data center developer is lining up a $200 million manufacturing plant at 76 Commerce Center in Brighton, a move expected to bring around 200 jobs to the I-76 corridor. The factory would serve as a new production hub feeding components to regional data centers and grow a company that already runs manufacturing lines in other states. Tucked inside a large industrial park east of Denver, the project could pull some supply-chain work closer to Front Range customers.

As reported by the Denver Business Journal, the developer plans to invest roughly $200 million in the plant and expects to create about 200 jobs in Brighton. The outlet also notes the company operates similar manufacturing facilities in three other states.

The planned facility would rise in 76 Commerce Center along Interstate 76, a four-building, 155-acre logistics park with immediate interstate frontage, according to CBRE. Marketing materials and listings highlight Class A features and large footprints that are tailor-made for manufacturers and distributors looking for room to stretch out.
