Prosecutors have declined to file charges against a man originally accused of committing a fatal stabbing in January.
Christopher Fielder, 38, was arrested Jan. 6, one day after a man was found with a stab wound in the 4200 block of North Lipan Street. The man, who was identified by the Denver Medical Examiner’s Office as Saquan Verner, 30, later died after being taken to a hospital.
